The location provides easy access to transportation. I appreciated the short walk to Namba station. It greatly facilitated my travel within the area. I found many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful. They assisted with restaurant reservations and provided clear travel guidance.

The elevators were somewhat slow, occasionally resulting in waits.
